Well, it's official. We signed the papers today to close on the loan for the house. We aren't sure when we will be able to get in to start the renovations but it will be shortly. The lady that sold was still dwelling there but that will be taken care of shortly.
As my realtor reminded me, this process has been a TON of baby steps. On to the next.
