Yesterday, there was a bit of commotion at our local library. Outside was a snow/ice mix and inside was a computer meltdown. They were actually writing the bar code numbers down by hand.
The lady on the loudspeaker announced this every five minutes, "Patrons, the library will close in 15 minutes due to a couple of things, the weather and lack of computers being those things. Please make your final selections and come to the circulation desk ASAP."
Jeremy walked into the 'brary and the gentleman said, "The computers are down. We are closing in 15 minutes."
It was one of our top hilarious experiences.
